Thanks to Inara, I have finally managed to establish a regular (almost daily) yoga practice. I was immediately drawn to her naturalness, calmness and approachability when teaching, but since I am reluctant to practice yoga online, I felt the need for a routine that I could memorize and practice on my own. The preliminary exploration of my needs alone was very healing because I and my concerns were very much heard and thoroughly understood. I loved the practice from the first moment because it was so personally put together, very varied, balanced and timed exactly to my need.
I think everyone has a secret suitable routine with which she/he does her/his body and mind something really good and Inara has the wonderful ability to discover this!
