As a long-time martial artist, the practice of yoga has often captured my interest and, more importantly, my curiosity. However, despite numerous attempts, I have struggled to find an approach that is valuable to me. Until one day I met the wonderful Inara. Already in our first practice together I understood that yoga is much more than just a pure teaching of movement. And that is exactly what I was missing until now. Inara helps you to find an intention. An intention to get involved in something that you have not yet found yourself. And this is exactly where the uniqueness lies, which Inara conveys during the yoga practice. You become an observer of your life. You get to know yourself on previously inaccessible levels and thus get the opportunity to discover life again and again outside of the yoga practice. For me Inara is a companion who lives exactly what she loves and loves what she lives.
