Body acceptance – body awareness – pain with these topics I came to Inara. I told her in a preliminary conversation about my feelings, my desires and issues. From the beginning I felt holistically perceived! Inara has an extraordinary talent for feeling body, mind and soul at the same time and thus put together the perfect individual yoga class for me! For me, 25 minutes of daily practice was the maximum, as I wanted a yoga class that I could incorporate into my everyday life at any time and on any day!
For a long time I tried to practice from Youtube videos or went to a yoga class once a week. Since I only imitated movements and did not internalize them, this was not very fulfilling for me.
Since Inara and I created my own practice, I FEEL each of the asanas and modify my movements and act intuitively to what my body needs.
The result after 8 weeks of practice was outstanding! Besides the disappearance of my physical tensions, I could especially feel very positive changes in my body awareness and self-awareness! I can only heartily recommend it for anyone who wants to get to know the world of yoga and is looking for an individual practice that is unique and perfectly put together for you!
